Preciosa ORO & 2012 Colt
Preciosa ORO is a 2007 honey bay mare sired by Magico VIII, out of Zorra D ORO by Indiano 18. So this mare has pedigree loaded with National Champions. She is herself a National Champion mare at halter and consistently places near the top a regional and National shows. She scored seven IALHA Top Five wins in halter, sport horse and under saddle at the 2010 and 2011 IALHA National shows and has been Res Champion mare at the Pin Oak Charity show in both 2010 and 2011. Her sire Magico is a multi National Champion and P.R.E. Absolute Champion, grandson of Centella V, Champion of Spain. Her dam, Zorra has never been shown but has the great movement of her sire, Indiano 18, Champion of both Spain and Mexico. Preciosa’s first foal, a gray colt by multi National Champion and IALHA Horse of the Year 2011, is also for sale. Preciosa is offered at $18,500 and her 2012 colt at $9,000.

Contessa de Oro & 2012 Colt
Contessa de ORO: 2006 Bay P.R.E. Mare Contessa was sired by Rubi JIM, out of Felena II. She has spunk and personality plus. A nice mover with a powerhouse rear-end. She made 2nd place Jr. Mare at Pin Oak 2009 and landed Reserve Champion Mare - all ages. Most recently she was Reserve National Champion Sport Horse mare at the IALHA National show. Felena II is a double granddaughter of Champion of Spain, Centella V. Rubi JIM is the foundation sire of a number of excellent foals from the well known breeding program of Gina Hogan, ORO Andalusians. Contessa has been started under saddle and is fully trained at halter. She has a willing disposition and is an easy keeper. Contessa had an amazing bay filly in 2011 by Absolute Champion P.R.E. stallion, Magico VIII. This is one of the best fillies we've seen. This terrific breeding was repeated for 2012 producing a colt. Samantha SCF (aka: Ava) & 2012 Colt
Samantha SCF is a 2006 black Spanish Norman mare standing over 16 hands. Her dam is a black Percheron mare and her sire is a Multi-National Champion, P.R.E. Absolute Champion Bay Stallion, Magico VIII. Samantha is double registered with the IALHA and the Spanish Norman Registry. She has received major National awards with both these registries, as well as USEF. She is life registered with USEF and USDF and the IALHA lifetime achievement award program. At the 2010 IALHA National show she garnered no less than 9 championship and reserve championship titles in multiple divisions including Best Movement Half Andalusian, Dressage, Senior Mares, Sport Horse in Hand and Dressage Suitability. She was USEF High Point Half Andalusian at halter and High Point Spanish Norman in the country for 2010. She has lived and been shown by Rancho Del Lago for the owners the past 3 years. She has 2 years of professional saddle training. She must now be sold do to the owner’s health issues. Ava delivered a gray colt (2012) by National Champion Andalusian stallion Dardanos RDL. Bailarina Mia
Bailarina Mia is a 2009 1/2 Andalusian (Azteca) filly. She is a bay filly that certainly lives up to her name, "My Ballerina". She literally floats through the air and has Gran Prix potential, according to a prominent dressage trainer of multiple Gran Prix horses. Her dam is a granddaughter of the incomparable racing quarter horse legend, Special Effort, winner of $1.2 million. He is an all time top ten leading sire of money earners and number four paternal grandsire of barrel horses. Mia’s sire is our multiple National Champion Spanish Andalusian, Magico VIII (pictured). Magico is one of the leading sires of champions in the country. Magico’s get have over 50 regional and two dozen National titles. Artemis RDL
Artemis RDL: 2011 Andalusian gray filly. Her dam is Electra GR, double granddaughter of Champion of Spain Centella V, sire of many Spanish champions. Electra is the dam of several fine foals, including one of the most promising young stallions in the breed, Dardanos RDL (Reserve National Champion Futurity colt and Reserve National Champion Spanish stallion in 2011. The sire of this filly is our Absolute Champion, multi National Champion, Saltador ORO, by Indiano XVIII. Saltador has so many titles we can't list them here. This filly has a black bay dam and must therefore be heterozygous gray (50% chance of producing color when bred to color). She is eligible for Spanish papers.

This great bay filly was produced by crossing Prados Andaluces' 2006 AQHA grullo mare, Skylla, and Rancho del Lago's Absolute Champion P.R.E. stallion, Magico VIII. This is such an outstanding cross that it was repeated for 2011 (producing a stallion) and has been repeated for 2012.

Valerosa RDL
Valerosa RDL: 2011 1/2 Andalusian filly. She is an Austro-Iberian cross. She is both futurity and lifetime USEF registered. Very rare chestnut color. The dam is the most fun, intelligent horse you will ever meet, Starz WKH. Starz is a versatile haflinger mare who rides, drives, jumps, and performs tricks. Valerosa's full brother, Marengo RDL, was recently purchased by the Diaz family of Spain, and his half brother, Mojito RDL, was recently purchased by the Happy Horse Hotel as a trail horse. Valerosa's sire is our Absolute Champion stallion, Magico VIII. Magico is one of the most popular stallions in the breed with over 90 foals produced. Every offspring shown to date has made champion. Valerosa already plays the keyboard and plays catch with a beach ball. It goes without saying, this filly is going to be very brave and will crawl in your lap.

Mojito RDL
Mohito RDL: 2007 Bay Azteca Colt. Mohito is started under saddle, trailers, cross ties, etc. As a foal, we knew immediately that this colt was special. He exhibited great movement, loved people and was a quick learner. He would do a half dozen flying lead changes just running the length of the arena. He likes to play ball; (that's the understatement of the year!) What he really did was herd it around the pasture, while executing flying lead changes. From day one, he was completely confident and left his mom to go visit other horses. He also plays the piano keyboard. He will make a wonderful Iberian sporthorse, demo horse, trick horse. The dam is a registered Haflinger mare (Kokomos Kelly). The sire is our Multi National Champion Andalusian bay stallion, Magico VIII. We call this cross the Austro-Iberian. Several trainers and breeders think he is a great dressage prospect. For the past year he has been ridden on trails at the Happy Horse Hotel next to McKinney Roughs. He is brave enough for working equitation and horse agility. If you want an outstanding performance horse, don't pass this one up!

Sebastian SCF
Sebastian SCG: 2011 1/2 Andalusian colt. Sebastian's dam is Dolly, a registered rare American Cream Draft. She is a carriage horse that works single and multiples and can be even driven by children. She is 15.2H with a deep heart and breadth of chest that gives her excellent recovery when in hard work. Dolly was recently featured in an Organic Farming magazine. Sebastian's sire is our 16 H Absolute Champion, multi National Champion P.R.E. stallion, Magico VIII. Andromeda RSV
Andromeda RSV: 2001 chestnut mare. Andromeda is out of Andrea MSR by Soberano CM. Soberano was Canadian National Champion, son of Piloto, with more show wins than any other Piloto offspring. In 2005 Andromeda foaled an future champion colt (RDL Invencible) by National Champion Laureado stallion RSV Inolvidable. She has also produced several outstanding foals by our Champion of Champions RDL Legendario. Andromeda was 1st place mare, 7 and over, and then made Reserve Champion Mare under both judges at the Lone Star / Southwest double show in 2008. In 2010 she was 2nd place of 10 in breeding mares at the Southwest show. She was 4th at the Nationals in both breeding and gait in large classes.
